Chinese Garden at the Huntington Library, Pasadena, CA

The construction of The Chinese Garden at The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens began in 2001 with the unvailing of a plan for a 12 acre site just north of an existing Japanese Garden.

In May of 2005 the first phase of construction began. The first phase includes the building of a Summer Garden with a one acre Lake, Tea House, Pavilions and Walk Ways.
